According to Art. 10 of the Statute in force, all members of the CMF Ru Brean are invited to attend General Assembly Sunday, June 14, 2009 at the City Council Room, Town Hall in the village Tissoret, 56, Sarre.
First call at 8.00 and second call at 9.00 am.
The Assembly is called upon to discuss and vote on the following agenda: 1
. Report of the President
2. Report of the Auditors
3. aapprovazione examination and the Financial Statement as at 31/12/2008 Bilanciop
4. examination of the estimated expenditure for the year 2010
5. Any Other
Given the importance of the meeting please not to be missed. If these are not the SV can appoint a trusted person munendola controlled by the special delegation. Each user can not submit more than three proxies.
