FINAL REMARKS

INTRODUCTION

I need to change the lineup of my insights on Roswell case as the forum site http://www.ufologia.net/ is a place of encounter and exchange of information very interesting. A user with the nickname weboy found a news network that has to contain the summary of an affidavit made by Walter Haut 26 December 2002 and included in the new book by Tomas J. Carey and Donald R. Schmitt entitled Witness to Roswell. After translating the text in question in Italian, and after having read the book mentioned the statement in full, deepen "the case Walter Haut," as this affidavit (sworn statement) change much the cards on the table, because its content is in stark contrast to some of the assertions made by Haut before starting back in 1979. In addition, Walter Haut enriches his statement with some content, which if were true, would make one of the most important witnesses of the whole "saga" of Roswell. An important note: Haut had decided that the family could have dell'affidavit after his death on December 15, 2005. This unfortunately means that there will never be between him and the world a contradiction, it is impossible to ask at least the significance of his gesture. And that's why the title of this study is named "THE IMPOSSIBLE CHALLENGE OF WALTER HAUT.

BACKGROUND INTERVIEWS AND CONTENTS OF MAIN AND SWORN STATEMENTS OF WALTER G. HAUT

1979 March and June

Colonel Blanchard telephoned him and ordered him to prepare and distribute a press release on the discovery done by Air Force scrap a "flying saucer". Haut Blanchard asked if was allowed to observe the object. The colonel replied that this was impossible.

1989 MARCH AND / OR April

researchers Kevin Randle and Donald Schmitt lead a long and rather fruitless interview with Walter Haut . lists the most significant parts of it first thing colloquio.Per addressing Randle and Schmitt said he could sum up everything he knows about Roswell in one word: "Nothing."

Randle: as we all know she was the public relations officer of the base.

Haut: yes, Blanchard told me that Marcel had brought something that looked like a flying saucer or parts of it. Make a press release is reported that the disc was found on a ranch outside Roswell, near Corona. This is all I'll tell you about it, he continued Blanchard. Jesse (Marcel) it will fly to Fort Worth. This is all I know. I could also tell him the phone.

Schmitt Jesse Marcel did you ever tell you about the fact?

Haut: No.

Schmitt Mac Brazel had ever seen?

Haut: No.

Schmitt Have you ever talked to Frank Joyce? (Note: Frank Joyce working at Roswell radio station KGFL.)

Haut: No.

Schmitt Saw Marcel after his return from Fort Worth?

Haut: Yes, I saw him regularly. He lived in a block nearby.

Randle: as was the atmosphere at the base after the return of Marcel from Fort Worth?

Haut: The fact was no longer subject discussion. If you said it was a weather balloon, then it was. Regain our control. Marcel did not know what he saw. Did not I never asked.

Schmitt Blanchard Why do you think such a hurry that he had written the press release?

Haut: ... he had a sincere interest in caring for the relationship between the Air Force Base and the community. If something strange was happening and had the feeling that the community should be informed of the facts called me and said, "Give out the news."

Randle: After 42 years, going in the future, what do you think has been found then?

Haut: A lot of things that Jesse Marcel brought it to Fort Worth. I think they really found something and I trust what Marcel told me. It was something he had never seen before and he believed that it was not of this planet. He described the material in this way: "... a very thin sheet could not be burned, bent or cut.

Schmitt knew of efforts to retrieve the material?

Haut: No, I did not know anything.

Schmitt There was no activity on the basis that he would think ... ..

Haut: Nothing that a normal soldier could know. It was never mentioned a meeting of the General Staff. And I took part in all meetings.

Schmitt During the meetings, was never mentioned that Mac Brazel was in custody at the base? And that was asked?

Haut: Of this we have heard. Walt Whitmore would practically kidnapped. (Note: Whitmore was co-owner of Roswell radio station KGFL). He would move from place to place. I was not aware he could be at the base.

Randle: But she believes that it was a great act of concealment? (The Roswell case in general)

Haut: I think it was a great cover-up.

1989, SPRING TELEPHONE INTERVIEW

Randle: I found a newspaper reported that she had received two phone calls from Washington. Do you remember that?

Haut: No .

Randle: A witness said that she was in the first plane with Marcel to Fort Worth.

Haut: Um ... No, absolutely not ... .. I was not under any circumstances connected with this fact.

Randle: He met at that time Mac Brazel?

Haut: No.

1989 April

Haut: .... Marcel brought the wreckage in the office of General Ramey (Fort Worth) to show and put the material on the desk. Ramey said he wanted to see the exact location of the discovery and together they went into the room of the maps. When they returned to the office of the pieces worn by General Marcel were disappeared. In their place was a weather balloon on the floor.

1993 May 14 SWORN STATEMENT [Extract]

Haut: Around 9:30 I got a call from Col. William Blanchard , base commander told me to have in his possession a flying saucer or parts thereof. He said the object was to the north-west of Roswell on a ranch and Major Jesse Marcel, official information service of the flies with the material base in Fort Worth. Blanchard told me to write a press release and handover to two newspapers and two radio stations. I went first to the KGFL, then at KSWS, the Daily Record and finally to the Morning Dispatch. The next day I read that General Roger Ramey in Fort Worth said that the object was a weather balloon. I think the Colonel Blanchard saw the material as it seemed very sure of what it was. It is impossible that he mistook for a weather balloon. This also applies to Major Marcel . In 1980 Jesse Marcel told me that the material photographed in the office General Ramey was not what he found. I am convinced that the material found was of a spacecraft.

Haut confirmed to the researcher Gildas Bourdais have asked Jesse Marcel, after the case was reopened, if he was sure of what he saw then. Marcel would have responded to non-terrestrial material recovered.

Johannes von Buttlar, German researcher, interview Walter Haut, which adds some details about how the statement was written: Haut was called by the master in his office around 9 am. Blanchard told him - and handed him a text already drafted before - on the future discovery of the disc. I returned to my office and went Haut redassi press release word for word by inserting several words used by Blanchard, who took particularly at this. Around 11 I went on the radio KGFL KGWS and finally to local newspapers and Roswell Daily Record Roswell Morning Dispatch.

VIDEO INTERVIEW

... I received a call from Colonel Blanchard , which gave me not just words but the salient points of the discovery of the flying saucer, that probably were in possession of some parts of the hull, and who had gone to see what would happen done. I wrote the press release on the basis of what Blanchard had told me on the phone.

Haut is reported that during a broadcast of the FOX-TV was suddenly reduced to the alleged discovery of a flying saucer stating that it would be a weather balloon. Note: It appears that following the statements on FOX-TV Haut has abandoned the role of President of ' International UFO Museum and Research Center in Roswell.

1997 June 26

On San Jose Mercury News reporter Mark Leibovich writes an article about Roswell and mentions Walter Haut, who told him of being a victim of a "cosmic folk". Haut would add to be disturbed day and night by people from all over the world who would be obsessed with the idea of \u200b\u200bextraterrestrial life.

2002 December 26 SEALED SWORN STATEMENT OF WALTER HAUT

Date: December 26, 2002

Witness: Chris Xxxxx

Notary: Beverlee Morgan

1) My name is Walter G. Haut.

2) I was born June 2, 1922.

3) My address is 1405 W.7th Street, Roswell, NM 88203.

4) I am retired.

5) In July 1947 I was stationed at Roswell Army Air Base in Roswell, New Mexico, as a public information officer at the office. I spent July 4th and the next weekend (Saturday 5 and Sunday 6) in my private residence about 10 miles north of the base which was located south of the city.

6) have been informed that someone had brought to the base in mid- morning after my return from a commitment Monday, July 7 the wreckage of a crashed vehicle. I have been informed that Major Jesse A. Marcel. intelligence chief, had been sent by the base commander Col. William Blanchard, to investigate.

7) On the same day late afternoon I could hear that some civilians had reported a second site just north of Roswell.Ho spent most of the day doing my usual work feeling little or nothing more to respect.

8) July 8 at 7:30 in the morning I attended the regular meeting of the staff: as well as Marcel Blanchard and Captain Sheridan Cavitt of the CIC, Colonel James I. Hopkins operations officer, Major Patrick Saunders, assistant base; Major Isadore Brown's official staff; Colonel Ulysses S. Black 's employee access to supplies, and from Carswell AAF in Fort Worth, Texas, were also present for the boss Blanchard, Brigadier General Roger Ramey and the Chief of Staff Colonel Thomas J. DuBose. The main topic of discussion was introduced by Marcel and Cavitt and covered a large field full of scrap in Lincoln County approximately 75 miles northwest of Roswell. A preliminary informative speech was made by Blanchard about the second site about 40 miles north of the city. Some pieces of wreckage were made go around the table. It was material that I had never seen before in my life. Pieces that looked like sheets of metal, paper thin yet very strong, and pieces with unusual signs along their length were taken in hand man to man and each of them said to his opinion. No one was able to identify the wreckage of the crash.

9) One of the main points discussed at the meeting we had was whether or not to publish the discovery. Gen. Ramey proposed a plan that I think he had already prepared with his bosses at the Pentagon. It was necessary to divert attention from more important site north of the city instead giving importance to another location. Too many civilians were already involved and the press was already been informed. I was not fully informed of how this plan was to be executed.

10) at approximately 9:30 am Col. Blanchard phoned my office and told me to send the news to the press that we had in our possession a flying saucer, found on a ranch northwest of Roswell, and Marcel had sent the materials to the headquarters. I went to bring the news to radio stations and KGFL KSWS, and newspapers "Daily Record" and "Morning Dispatch."

11) Since the news had reached the news agencies, my office was flooded with calls from around the world. Messages pile up on my desk, and rather than dealing with the media Blanchard advised me to go home and "hide".

12) Before leaving the base, Colonel Blanchard took me personally 84 building, a hangar for B-29, which located on the east side of the track. First approached the building, I noticed that he was under close surveillance both inside and outside. Once inside, I was allowed a safe distance from the first observation of the object just recovered north of town. It was along about 12 to 15 feet, about 6 feet tall egg-shaped. There was little light but the surface appeared metallic. Did not appear windows, wings, tail section and landing gear door.

13) Even from a distance I could see a couple of bodies under a canvas tarpaulin. Only the heads stretched over the canvas and I was not able to see the features. The heads appeared larger than normal and the contour of the canvas suggests the measure of a child of 10 years. Blanchard's office later he extended his arm about 4 feet off the floor to indicate the height.

14) I was informed of a temporary morgue set up to accommodate the recovered bodies.

15) I was informed that the wreckage was not radioactive.

16) On his return from Fort Worth, Major Marcel described to me the rough pieces of scrap General Ramey's office and after returning from the map room, finding the remains of a weather balloon and a balloon radar when he was substituted out of the room. Marcel was very upset about this situation. We do not discuss more than that.

17) I was allowed to make a final visit to one of the sites found during the remediation of the military. I went back to the base with several scrap and told him in my office.

18) I was informed that two teams would go back to each site months later for periodic searches of the remaining tests.

19) I am convinced that what I personally observed was a type of aircraft and its crew from another area.

20) I have not been paid nor was I given anything of value to make this statement, and the truth as far as I remember.

This statement must remain sealed and secured until the time of my death, my family survived that time will decide his destination.

Signed: Walter G. Haut

A COMPARISON SWORN STATEMENTS OF INTERVIEWS AND

The affidavit of 26 December 2002 must be compared with information Haut offered to researchers and the press since 1979 until he decided to change its role in Roswell with "affidavit" above. We note three distinct periods unequivocally "detectors" of Haut. From 1979 to 1996 his statements are consistent in the sense that the answers to the questions of investigators and journalists is basically the same, devoid of contradictions. Haut essentially claims to have written the popular press obeying the order of the then Colonel William Blanchard , commander of the 509th bomber group of Roswell. The lieutenant then public relations officer denied his direct involvement in the recovery of the object, not adding any details relevant to the story. He also claims to believe that the wreckage belonged to a flying saucer, as the professional Blanchard and Jesse Marcel induced him to think that the two could not be wrong in a manner so gross, having the skills needed to distinguish immediately the remains of an ordinary weather balloon material of unknown origin. Later, in 1997, eighteen years after the first comment on the case, Haut suddenly skeptical on the whole affair, claiming at least two occasions that the event in question was magnified out of proportion and that this would be an ordinary weather balloon. The story ends with the affidavit of December 26, 2002, which in addition to contradict some earlier statements, "reveals" the full involvement of Haut in the affair, after he passed away suddenly becoming one of the most important figures in absolute crash 1947.

FINAL REMARKS

You can take in formulating hypotheses more varied in order to understand this change of role by Haut. Researchers skeptical, for example Uli Thieme and perhaps Kal K. Korff, which exclude the hypothesis that a fall in the desert of New Mexico may have been an alien spacecraft, it probably will consider a quack as did the rest with the same Thieme Glenn Dennis, James Ragsdale, Frank Kaufmann, Frankie Rowe. Surely the affidavit of 2002 would further split the UFO community. But such reasons may have prompted the former lieutenant to make a statement so stunning?

Hypothesis 1 - Haut have indicated or suggested in writing that he told the truth for the first time an oath to General Blanchard, who asked not to tell anyone what happened.

Hypothesis 2 - operation could be "commercial" to go up a bit 'quotes of the crash of an alien spacecraft. The extraterrestrial hypothesis in recent years has been criticized by several researchers, who wrote books about trying to disprove it. Be mentioned Karl T. Plock, Uli Thieme, Kal K. Korff, Philip J. Klass, Robert G. Todd.

Hypothesis 3 - Haut told the truth, but the decision to release the document until after his death could be due to the refusal on the part of a confrontation with the public, with scientists , with the world. There would have been by his willingness to question themselves and become the character even more puzzling in the entire case life Roswell.Il mystery behind the crash in July 1947 after the Walter Haut affidavit thickens even more .

Why Is Ovulation More Painful Onclomid

01 When it all began

The news disclosed by Air Force of the discovery of a flying saucer is not the beginning of the story because, before Tuesday, July 8, 1947 when information was offered to the media, things had happened there and how! But the date of the above serves as the initial reference point. In fact, when the atomic physicist and UFO researcher Stanton T. Canadian Friedman fortuitously in 1978 reopened in the case - thanks help of a television director, who during a conference in Baton Rouge in Louisiana at the Louisiana State University, where Friedman was the rapporteur said the name of a certain Jesse Marcel, who in 1947 was higher at the 509 ° group bombers stationed at Roswell, New Mexico - had nothing in hand except a telephone conversation with Jesse Marcel occurred long after the conference of the researcher in Baton Rouge.

But back to the spread of the initial information from the military. Lieutenant Walter Haut
was the public relations officer at Roswell base and it was he happened to talk to the press the discovery of the disc steering wheel. But who really put forth the relationship and how Haut announced to the media? It was a written notice in person or over the phone? The question is not of secondary importance as we shall see later. Roswell
then had two newspapers, the Roswell Daily Record , who had evening newspapers, the morning newspaper Roswell Morning Dispatch and two local radio stations, the KGFL and KSWS .
Walter Haut during an interview with the researchers Kevin Randle and Donald Schmitt in April 1989 declared that between 11 am and 12 noon (Roswell) on 8 July 1947 he went to a press release on the news of the recovery of a flying saucer from the 509th first in the offices of radio KGFL , then went to the KSWS , later joined the newspaper Roswell Daily Record and finally delivered a copy to Roswell Morning Dispatch. After completing the tour went home. In a video interview Haut states that the order to prepare the press release he was given by the then Colonel William Blanchard commander of the 509th, who then became a four-star general. The following is the transcript of the statements in Haut video: received a call from Colonel Blanchard, which gave me not just words but the salient points of the discovery of the flying saucer, that probably were possession of some parts of the hull, who had gone to see and what would be done. I wrote the press release on the basis of what I had said Blanchard the phone.
Johannes von Buttlar, researcher Germany, July 5, 1995 interview Walter Haut, which adds some details about how the statement was written: Haut was called by the master in his office around 9 am. Blanchard told him - and handed him a text already drafted before - on the future discovery of the disc. I returned to my office continued Haut redassi the press and word for word by inserting different words used by Blanchard, who was thus particularly anxious that. Around 11 I went on the radio KGFL KGWS and finally to local newspapers and Roswell Daily Record Roswell Morning Dispatch .

Walter Haut

Chicago, June 2, 1922 - Roswell, December 15, 2005

Researchers skeptical that those who reject the hypothesis that near Roswell may have crashed alien spaceship, they tend to refute the scenario recently proposed by the statements made by investigators Haut Randle and Schmitt and statements in the same video Haut. The German researcher Uli Thieme for example in his book 50 Jahre Ein Roswell UFO Mythos stürzt ab puts into question that Walter Haut has gone in person at the two stations and two radio newspapers with a press release - that is, with a script - endorsed by the commander William Blanchard.
fact Thieme quotes first communication by telex between United Press Denver, Colorado and Santa Fe, New Mexico: Denver notify the agency of 15:17 hours to Roswell to Santa Fe that there is no text but only an oral communication. Uli always Thieme cites an affidavit dated 13 September 1993 George Walsh, director of radio programming KSWS which confirms the above agencies: received a phone call around noon from Walter Haut ... It was his custom to tell the news by telephone. He read the statement and I wrote down everything .
Karl T. Pflock, skeptical vein belonging to another researcher interviewed Walter Haut in relation to the now famous press releases: Haut claimed to be relatively safe to have them physically delivered to the media. Unfortunately they were never found copies of press. In the book of
Karl T. Plock Roswell in Perspective is also mentioned Arthur R. McQuiddy former editor of the newspaper Roswell Morning Dispatch , who said initially that Walter Haut brought him personally dispatch. In a second time, more McQuiddy would tell Pflock: you may have received such a publication but not sure .
Frank Joyce, a reporter of radio station KGFL argue that Haut went in his studies and gave a copy of the press, going immediately. telephoned him at the base and said it would be better that the news that you are in possession of a flying saucer or a plate wheel was not published. He answers me: no it's all right, I have the OK of the master (Blanchard).

On May 14, 1993 Walter Haut made a sworn statement (Affidavit) supporting the following: the July 8, 1947 at 9:30 am, I received a call from the base commander William Blanchard, who told me to have a flying saucer or parts thereof in its possession which Major Jesse Marcel fly to Fort Worth with the material. He told me also to prepare a press release to local media, who were entitled to be informed as early ........ It is impossible that the Blanchard has mistaken for a weather balloon.
I believe the commander saw the material, as He seemed very sure about the origin of 'object.

Heavier Implantation Bleeding With Twins

'm an Italian researcher, who is responsible for years of the UFO phenomenon in a broad sense and more specifically the Roswell case, a alleged "crash" - crash - of an alien spacecraft that would take place in the 'summer of 1947 in New Mexico, USA. I believe that the Roswell case is almost always treated in a rather superficial and fideistic, regardless of whether the positions taken by each in respect of the events of that time are skeptical or opposed to belief that a fall in the desert not far from Roswell was an alien spacecraft. The undersigned intends to seek a third way, free from constraints of chichessia, because the researcher can not afford any sort of partisanship when it comes to the truth. And the search for truth is a value which should unite all. Exactly, should .... Soon I will propose several insights on specific facts included in the gigantic files roswell, my remarks and I hope your participation. The sources from which I draw are mainly the work of researchers in the field, my correspondence with the researchers themselves, the testimonies, official documents, my own research. Clearly I carry out an investigation at this time distance, albeit through the network communication can be achieved even more than you might expect. I intend in future to go on site to follow certain lines of investigation although past sixty years by the events in question.
I think this blog has its own importance because the puzzle Roswell has not yet been fully clarified.
