According to Art. Consortium 6 of the Statute in force, all members of the Consortium for Land Improvement Ru Brean are invited to attend the General Assembly.
For the validity of the Assembly is necesaria:

first call the presence of half plus one of the consortium and that they represent more than half the area consortium;

second call whatever number of members present and whatever the surface represented.

In case of impossibility, you can delegate someone you trust munendola dlla a proxy attached to the summons mailed to each member. Each person may submit more than three proxies.

The meeting was called to discuss and vote on the following agenda:

1. report of the President
2. report of the Auditors
3. examination and approval of the balance sheet at 31/12/09
4. examination and approval of planned expenditures for 2011
5. Appointment of two tellers
6. election of 7 members to the Board of Directors and three members to the Board of Auditors
